How to use this booking page

Instructions

You can register on behalf of one person, or on behalf of a group of 15 people. A table of 10 at the Gala Dinner is considered as one ticket. 

If you are the booking / admin contact registering on behalf of another person and not attending the conference, please select "I am the booking contact (and not attending)". Otherwise, the registration page will default to your details for the first group member. 

You can add partners or guests of the attendee as an "additional guest" via this booking page. 

Changes to bookings need to be made via email in the first instance, please email events@scl.org.au to discuss any changes. Please see the event t&cs.

Welcome to the 2026 SoCLA National Conference Group Registration & Event Ticket Page

This registration page can be used to register on behalf of another person and for group registrations. Conference sponsors can also allocate any included complimentary social event tickets using this page. Any included conference registrations need to be allocated separately via the sponsor portal. Please contact events@scl.org.au if you have any issues with the registration process.

Please choose the conference registration type for the first member of your group or select "social tickets only" if you do not wish to select a conference registration type for this group member. Once you have completed the first group member's registration, you will be able to register your second group member, and so on.

This event is complimentary for conference delegates who have RSVP’d to attend. Please be aware that this event is highly sought after, and space is limited. If you RSVP “no” and later decide you would like to participate, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Attendance is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.

SoCLA has secured group booking rates at our conference venue, the Hilton Hotel in Sydney. Group rates are strictly limited. We recommend securing accommodation with your registration to ensure you don't miss out on hotel rates.
