A unique seminar, tracing a construction dispute (based on the facts of an actual but unidentified dispute) moving through all legal processes to judgment via mediation and arbitration.
Proceedings commence with a welcome address from Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, the seminar then continues with this formidable line-up, comprising:
